Hi, I’m Lisette.

I’m a registered nurse, nursing professor, and founder of Belly to Baby Coaching. My background includes labor and delivery, prenatal care, postpartum, and newborn nursing. I have three daughters and have given birth in almost every decade of my life, with my last child born when I was 41.

I created Belly to Baby because preparing for motherhood takes more than a checklist. You need time to ask questions, understand your options, and talk through what those options mean for you.

My approach is practical and personal. We’ll work through your questions, include your partner when you’d like, and prepare for birth and life at home with your baby.
