    During our 15-minute consultation, we’ll have the chance to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and explore the different session options. Together, we’ll identify the package that best fits your needs.

  • Choose Package

    After our consultation, you’ll be able to choose the package or number of sessions that best suits your needs. Once you’ve made your selection, an invoice for the chosen services and a contract will be mailed to you.

  • Complete Client Intake Information

    You will receive a Client Information Packet via email in which you will provide details about yourself, your partner, your provider, and your health, along with your preferences for birth, postpartum, and newborn care.

  • Support begins

    Support will begin once the contract is signed and invoice paid. We will set up our visits and come up with an individual plan to meet your needs.

    This package gives you the flexibility to combine different services and choose the number of sessions you need. Each one-hour session is designed to educate, support, and address any needs from “belly to baby” as they arise. If you’re in the DFW area, these sessions can be held in person or virtually. If you are outside DFW they will be held virtually.
